In our clients' words
“We've used HHB for three full refurbishments now. Fixed price every time, no surprises. The quality of finish is far above what you'd get from typical contractors. Highly recommended for any serious investor.”
“Turned around a tired 1930s terrace in just 5 weeks. Kitchen, bathroom, flooring, electrics — the lot. Tenanted within a fortnight of completion at £150 more per month than before. Brilliant result.”

Common questions
Which areas do you cover?
We work across Liverpool and Merseyside, including the Wirral, Sefton, Knowsley and St Helens. See areas we cover or get in touch about your location.
Do you take on small maintenance jobs?
Yes. We carry out individual repairs and maintenance as well as full refurbishments. For agents and property managers, we're happy to discuss how regular jobs will be requested, scheduled and reported.
Do you provide written quotes?
Yes. After discussing the work and assessing the property where needed, we set out the proposed scope and price in writing before work starts.
Can you work in occupied or tenanted properties?
For repairs and smaller works, usually yes, with access arranged through you, the agent or the tenant. For larger refurbishments we'll discuss whether the property needs to be vacant.
