Yes. We carry out individual repairs as well as larger projects. Tell us what's needed and we'll confirm whether we can help.

After discussing the work and, where needed, visiting the property, we set out the scope and price in writing before work starts. Straightforward jobs can sometimes be priced from photographs.

We arrange access with whoever you nominate: you, your letting agent, the tenant or a keyholder.

Most repairs and smaller works can be done in occupied homes. For larger refurbishments we'll discuss whether the property should be vacant, which is usually quicker and safer.

If we find something unexpected or you ask for extra work, we'll explain it and agree the cost with you before carrying it out.

Smaller jobs are invoiced on completion. Larger projects are normally paid in stages: a deposit to secure the start date, payments at agreed milestones and a final balance on completion.

Yes. You'll have one point of contact and updates appropriate to the size of the job.

We review the finished work with you, complete any snagging, and provide relevant completion information such as photographs and, where applicable, certificates from the qualified trades involved.

Yes. Clearing waste from our works is included in our quotes unless we've agreed otherwise.
